Participants in the summer reading program may either register online or in person at either branch of the library. Reading logs are also available at both library branches. You may participate in the reading incentive program at only one library branch.The program runs from June 3rd through August 3rd, 2013.
The "Dig into Reading!" program is open to children from birth through grade 5. Children who can not yet read may have books read to them. Any book, magazine, or even an audiobook counts!You can pick up a reading log at either branch of the library or keep track of your progress online. Read 15 minutes a day for five days a week (a total of 75 minutes) to receive a prize. Finish all four sections (a total of 300 minutes) to complete the program!This program is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.
