Reopening the Downtown St. Louis Public Library: The St. Louis Public Library’s genealogy, history, and local history collections will have a new home on the third floor of the recently renovated Central Library, due to reopen at the end of 2012. Get a glimpse of these new spaces accommodating the former History and Genealogy Department’s materials in the Genealogy Room, History Room, and St. Louis Room, as well as other new features of this historic downtown landmark.
